Price Includes:

  • Group Transfers to/from Nairobi or Kilimanjaro International Airports to hotels upon arrival & departure
  • Kenya Tour (3 Nights Hotel in Nairobi with Breakfast) OR Tanzania Tour (2 Nights in Arusha including Breakfast)
  • 7 Nights Full Board accommodation in Lodges/Camps while on Safari in either Kenya OR Tanzania
  • Services of professional English speaking drivers/guides, as well as Lois Tomlinson from Natural Trekking & John Kariuki, Kenyan trekking/safari guide from Authentic Africa Safaris
  • Transportation in custom designed safari vans with pop up roofs for game viewing. 4 x 4 Toyota Land Cruisers
  • All park and conservation / reserve fees; AMREF Air Ambulance membership
  • Tips for Local Guides ($132US per person) & Safari Drivers ($110US per person)

 

Price Does Not Include:

  • International air fares (~$2000 – $2500 CAD), Flight from Nairobi to Kilimanjaro (~$300US) if both tours chosen
  • Travel Cancellation & Medical Insurance (highly recommended)
  • Kenyan &/or Tanzanian Visa (approximately $50US each)
  • Medical & Immunization shots
  • All items of personal nature e.g. Drinks, tips, laundry, telephone calls etc., Any activities and meals not mentioned
  • Optional Kenya: Flights from Masai Mara to Amboseli rather than driving ( ~ $450 US)
  • Optional Tanzania: Flights from Seronera in the Serengeti to Arusha rather than driving ( ~ $450 US)

Prices:

Kenya Tour: $7,950* US dollars**per person sharing twin/double occupancy (single TBA)

Tanzania Tour: $7,150* US dollars**per person sharing twin/double occupancy (single TBA)

A Non-Refundable deposit of $1500 USD per tour (~$2100 CAD) is due upon booking. 

An additional Non-Refundable Deposit of $2500 USD per tour (~$3500) will be due by Feb 1, 2025
